Managing Director - Real Estate - New Product Development
Role and Background: A leading firm in alternative investments is seeking a Managing Director to spearhead the development of a new product within the Real Estate sector. This role is pivotal in defining the roadmap for innovative solutions that streamline the valuation, monitoring, and transaction processes of illiquid assets using advanced technology.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Product teams to drive innovation in Real Estate capabilities.
• Oversee execution of new product development from conception to implementation.
• Work with various departments, including marketing and product teams, to develop and expand the product based on market needs.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to continuously refine products.
• Travel as needed to meet clients and support the sales team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Extensive experience in a large Real Estate Investment Fund environment.
• Proven track record in building technology products.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 13-15+ years of experience in new product development and leveraging technological solutions in Real Estate.
